Courageous Conversations: Bridges to Belonging — Part Two

with Cassi Mackey, M.Ed.

The conversation on March 7th was just the beginning.

We had such a powerful, honest, generative dialogue in Part One that we couldn't leave it there. The questions ran deep. The connections were real. And Cassi had more to share.

So on April 4th, we're going further.

This isn't a repeat. This is Part Two — a continuation of the shared inquiry we began together, with more time to practice, more space to go deeper, and more room for the conversations your school is actually navigating right now.

WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER

In Part Two, Cassi Mackey guides us into applied practice — moving from frameworks to lived application. Together, we'll:

→ Work through real scenarios drawn from Montessori school contexts

→ Deepen our skills for naming tension without creating defensiveness

→ Build shared agreements your community can adopt immediately

→ Expand strategies for creating psychological safety across different school roles

→ Explore how to sustain courageous conversation culture — not just start it

WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH

• Applied skills for navigating real scenarios with clarity and care

• Frameworks for sustaining courageous conversation culture

• Shared agreements you can implement immediately

• Expanded strategies for psychological safety

• Community connection with fellow New Mexico Montessori educators

NEW TO THIS SERIES? WELCOME.

If you missed Part One, no worries — you'll receive access to the full recording and all original resources when you register. Come ready to jump into the conversation.
